Mission Statement
The mission of First Baptist Church is to promote salvation through a powerful worship service and by developing trust through cultivating fellowship and cooperation among its members and the community.

October is a month full of observances at First Baptist FV. The church celebrates its founding in October with homecoming and we mark pastor appreciation month. Each year, we thank God for being here to be a beacon of worship for another year and we show appreciation to our shepherd, Rev. Dr. Reginald Lowery, for his guidance and leadership.
This year has been unlike any other and we pause to give special thanks to Pastor Lowery and First Lady Eva for their dedication and hard work to their congregation. Thanks to our assistant ministers, as well. May God continue to bless you and revive you to continue to do the awesome work of the Lord.
